Our Infant Community Program is designed for children from 14 months to 3 years of age, who attend accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
This program provides a carefully prepared Montessori environment where toddlers can explore, move, and learn at their own pace. Every material and activity is thoughtfully chosen to encourage independence, concentration, coordination, and language development.
Parents and caregivers also play a central role. By joining their child in this space, they gain valuable insights into Montessori principles and discover how to support their child’s development at home. The program also offers families a unique opportunity to spend quality time together in a calm, purposeful setting.
Each session follows a simple structure: a work period where children freely explore activities such as language activities, puzzles, art, and practical life exercises; a shared snack that encourages mindfulness, grace, and courtesy; and circle time with songs and rhymes to close the morning.
Our Infant Community nurtures both children and parents, helping families build a foundation of joy, connection, and learning that extends well beyond the classroom.

The Montessori Philosophy of The Children’s House Primary is to:
The Children’s House Primary reached its 70th Anniversary in 2022, with over 80 children attending the school and constantly forging ahead and striving to fulfill Maria Montessori’s work:
‘…not in the service of any political or social creed but in the service of the complete human being, able to exercise in freedom a self-disciplined will and judgement’.
